What is Equestria?
Equestria is a festive season extravaganza that combines a world-class indoor show-jumping event and an array of dazzling equestrian displays with a bouquet of live performances and a specially-choreographed pantomime – all underpinned by a magical Christmas theme.

What can I expect to see at Equestria?
An array of world-class show jumping and speed events, dynamic dog displays, choreographed specialist acts, the annual Christmas Pantomime and loads of fun for children in the exhibition hall.
What else can I do at Equestria?
There will be pony & carriage rides for the children, an animal petting zoo, a retail market, an equine exhibition and photo opportunities with Santa. Also, visit the Equestria Art Gallery.
When does the exhibition open?
The exhibition opens on Friday 30th November & Saturday the 1st December at 1:00pm.On Sunday 2nd December the doors will open at 9:30am.
Will I be able to do Christmas shopping at Equestria?
The exhibition will have loads of equine and craft goods to purchase. Please visit the 2006 Exhibitors to get an idea of what is on offer. There will be International Exhibitors this year so you will enjoy seeing what the rest of the equestrian world has on offer as well as being able to network for trade and agency opportunities
Where will the Equestria Art Gallery be situated?
The Art Gallery will be situated in the exhibition hall near the restaurant.
What time do the performances start?
On Friday the performance will start at 18h00. On Saturday 1st December the Show will start at 17h30 and Sunday the 2nd, the matinee performance commencing at 11h00 and the evening show at 17h30.
Are the performances all the same?
No, each performance features different show jumping classes. The dogs will be at each performance, performing various agility classes and displays.

Which Show-jumping class is the most exciting competition to watch?
Each competition is exciting. The Knock Out competition is lots of fun to watch as SA’s top riders knock seconds off each others round. The Fancy Dress Cable stitch is also worthwhile seeing as the riders will display their very creative costumes!
The Masters is a competition not-to-be-missed as each rider who jumps a clear round gets to nominate to raise an individual fence. This gets very exciting as jumps go higher. The Indoor Grand Prix of South Africa will be the highlight of the show.
How do I book my tickets?
We will advise you once the Tickets are on sale. Keep checking the Website.
Can I visit the exhibition if I don't have a ticket for a performance?
Yes you can. There will be a minimal entrance fee for adults. Children 12 years and under get in for free. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
